Collins Doxies require a non-refundable deposit to hold the puppy for your family. Deposits will not be accepted until 4 weeks of age. If you are interested in a puppy that is younger than 4 weeks, we will place you on a waiting list. At four weeks, you will be notified that you will need to make a deposit to hold the puppy. We will be unable to hold a puppy longer than 3 days after they have reached 4 weeks old without a deposit. We prefer to meet you in person when you place the deposit on your puppy but understand sometimes this is an not possible. With that in mind, we have came up with the following procedures on how to do a deposit using email or regular mail.
Deposit amount depends on the amount of the puppy. Deposit schedule is as follows: Under $400- Deposit amount is $100 Between $400-$700- Deposit amount is $150 Above $700- Deposit amount is $200

DUE TO RECENT SCAMS, COLLINS DOXIES WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT MONEY ORDER OR CERTIFIED CHECK.
Unless for unforeseen reasons, all puppies will be available to go home at 8 weeks of age. If needed, we can hold your puppy up till 10 weeks of age. After that, we will need to go into an extended stay agreement. Please see that link on the forms page.
All puppies must be paid in full before they are available to go home. You can make payments toward your puppy during the weeks of 4 and 8 if needed. Pay-pal option is available for make payments beyond your initial deposit, if you use this option, you will be charged an extra 3% to cover Pay-pal charges that we will incur.
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE DEPOSIT FORM AND MAKE A DEPOSIT ON A PUPPY BEFORE YOU SPEAK WITH US. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PUPPY IS STILL AVAILABLE TO JOIN YOUR FAMILY. SOMETIMES IT IS DIFFICULT TO UPDATE THE SITE WHEN A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE.
We can not guarantee the puppy is yours until we have received the completed information/deposit form and the non-refundable deposit.
We strongly suggest that if you can not come by and make a deposit personally, the you use pay-pal and email the form to us. You can also mail the form/deposit to us at: Collins Doxies, 921 South Rogers Road, Seymour, TN 37865. Before mailing the deposit you will need to contact us and we will put a 5 day hold on the puppy until it arrives. We will give you a release date and will notify you once the deposit has been received or if it has not been received.
